At Little Party Lab, we value your time as much as ours. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, here’s everything you need to know about our booking and rental process upfront.

Minimum Spend & Delivery Charges

  • Delivery within Dubai starts from AED 125. Delivery fees may vary depending on your event location and the size of your order.
  • Additional charges apply for late-night pickups, deliveries outside standard areas, and multi-day rentals.
  • Discounts are available only for bookings of AED 800 and above.

Minimum Spend & Delivery Charges

Dubai

Minimum spend is AED 500 (excluding delivery charges).
For balloon decor only, the minimum spend is AED 1,000, or AED 500 if combined with other rental items (delivery charges excluded).

500-1,000 AED

Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah

Minimum spend is AED 800 (excluding delivery charges).
For balloon decor only, minimum spend is AED 2,000, or AED 800 if combined with other rental items (delivery charges excluded).

800-2,000 AED

Fujairah

Minimum spend is AED 1,000 (excluding delivery charges).
For balloon decor only, minimum spend is AED 2,000, or AED 800 if combined with other rental items (delivery charges excluded).

1,000-2,000 AED

 

Booking Process

Your booking is confirmed only after a 75% deposit is paid and the booking form is signed.

  • Deposits must be made within 3 days of receiving our email confirmation.
  • The remaining 25% balance is due on the day of your event unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please note, last-minute bookings cannot be guaranteed, so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.

 

Rentals & Entertainment

Due to high demand, our entertainers (such as game hosts, magicians, balloon artists, face painters, and bubble artists) are available exclusively with rental items or full party planning services. This ensures a seamless, fun-filled experience for your event.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

If you prefer to pick up or drop off rental items, please coordinate with our team to arrange suitable times. We strive to make this process as convenient as possible for you.
